In an effort to stay in touch here, I’ve set up some software on my phone so I can show what I’m up to more easily. Let’s see if it works!
Things have been a bit busy around here recently. I had a stomach ‘flu and then had to get on top of things that fell by the wayside during that time. My very good news is that I got a new job and now have 20 hours of teaching at a good rate. The main downside is that three nights a week, I don’t finish until 830 so that will take some adjustment.
Pictured above is what I’ve mostly been working on the last few days: simple tea towels for the kitchen. I love my other ones so much but find them a bit narrow. The yarn is a new one for me, Katia 100% linen. It’s not nearly as splitty or rough to work with as the other linens I’ve worked with. Not sure I’d make a whole garment out if it but for household items, it’s ideal.
